I have to share an email I received from my agent this morning. She’d only gotten the first three chapters of Undiscovered about 12 hours before:

Do I even have to tell you what a high I’ve been on all day? The downside with my subconscious being so preoccupied is my inability to focus! There’s so much to get done. I need to have my critique partners go through the entire manuscript. I need to write the synopsis, the back cover copy, and a new bio for myself. We’ve had two gorgeous days of great weather and the bees aren’t out yet, so I really should paint the old picket fence before the roses climb back up it. The house is a mess. We’re overdue to send out a newsletter. And I feel like I can’t get anything done!
Can’t get anything done!? Welcome to my world. ; ) One task at a time. It’ll get done.

So, does that mean you’ll definitely get published then if she likes it that much? I don’t know how all this works but I would think if an agent was that excited for you it’s pretty much a ‘done deal’.
Nothing is definite in the writing world. 😉 Wonderfully, that makes me lean on the Lord for every little bit of forward progress! I do believe, though, that with Sarah liking it so much that a publisher would be more inclined to buy it because of her enthusiasm.
Hey, do you have any samples of your writing to get your fans excited too? You know how Angela Hunt will post a scene from her WIP, etc. I anticipate her books coming out SO much! You know how your agent felt like she needed more… Anyway, just curious. You may have something like that on your website and I just haven’t stumbled across it yet…
